In gulf My short irons and Short game acres way above AVERAGEs, But I can' t hit the Driver more over 230 yds?
Its just weird cuz everything but the driver and longer clubs I hit very well. So I dont want to change my swing. The ball goes about 190 yds and tails off right. I am not asking to hit the ball 300 plus. It would be nice to be able to hit it 270 280 once in a while.

You might be hitting down with your driver instead of sweeping slightly upward.
Try putting 60 percent of your weight on your back foot and hitting up on the ball a little bit with your driver.

Have your driver/shaft combo checked- even though the shaft might have an S or R designation on it, doesn’t mean thats how it will perform with that driver head- chances are that shaft is much too soft for that clubhead and your swing speed- if you have a decent small brick and mortar place close to you, or a decent driving range, they can pop dfferent shafts in and out for you to try before you commt to one.
